These are the main family lines that I am researching:

1.The THEAKSTON family emigrated from London, England in 1864 and settled in Halifax,Nova Scotia. The ancestral roots of this family trace back to West Yorkshire, England.

2. The ALLEN family of Cumberland County, Nova Scotia. They were British Loyalists from Rhode Island or Connecticut and settled along the Parrsboro Shore on the Bay of Fundy.

3. The BREGG, KNOX, CRAWFORD and McDOWELL families from the Ottawa Valley of Eastern Ontario and Pontiac County of Western Quebec with ancestral roots to Ireland and Scotland.
